Repairing chains, replacing missing gems, catches, you name it, it can likely be done here!
Our jeweler offers first time free ring sizing with any ring purchase. Purchases are usually able to be sized the day of purchase.
Have a ring already that is in need of an adjustment? Usually takes a week or less. $35 for a ladies ring for the first size. $5 for additional sizes up. (Rush orders available an additional $20)
Gents rings sized for $40, additional sizes up $10 per size. (Difference is the amount of precious metal that must be used.)
Our jeweler can create memories with his custom designs. Have gems that are meaningful, heirlooms that aren't quite able to be worn? Roger can craft just the right piece for you. The stones can be given a new mounting - or fashioned into a pendant. Endless possibilities!
Our clock maker is here five days a week, and services your clock here in the store. Table clocks, Wall clocks, Mantle clocks and Grandfather clocks.
Clocks aren't worked on and returned immediately...we wait - check how they are doing...check accuracy.
We know that providing excellent service is important to you, and it's important to US, too!
We do schedule home visits when it is too complicated for you to bring your grandfather clock into the store.
We do have a waiting list for these visits. So, if you can be patient, we can bring service to you. Call to get on the appointment list.

In a one room shop in a northern Italian village, an artistic heritage was born...Emanuele Fontanini. At 13, apprenticed with a Luccan artist. Following this, he traveled to the art centers of Europe and returned home to establish the House of Fontanini.
First plaster figures, then papier-mache with moveable parts and fabric costumes, these Creche figures because a popular Italian Christmas tradition.
His son, Mario, pioneered a new material which is still used today. A high-density polymer that holds fine undercuts and delicate sculpting, not possible in the earlier creations.
Batteries and band adjustments can usually be done while you wait.
In addition to carrying Seiko, Pulsar, Bulova and Caravell - we offer our Hutchinson watches - crafted by Belair with the highest standards of Swiss technology and precision.

Our jeweler offers free ear piercing with the purchase of earrings. Prices range from $10 - $20 a pair.
We offer free written appraisals for fine jewelry purchased in our store. These are suitable for insurance purposes.
We offer written appraisals, starting at $50.
Purchase one of our many ID Bracelets, Bar Necklaces or Watches and we will personalize it with your name or initials for free.
Additional engraving on gifts or plaques bought in the store is only 10 cents a letter!

Minimum charge of $10 for engraving. Cost of engraving your items, $0.25 per character. For purchases from Hutchinson's it is only $0.10 a letter.
